   1. Configure equipment according to the nature of the materials processed by the user

   The materials often processed by mining sand and gravel plants mainly include granite, river pebbles, limestone, bluestone, etc. These materials have relatively abundant reserves and are widely used. The specific configuration is as follows:

   A. For materials with higher hardness such as granite and river pebbles, a combination of "jaw crusher and cone crusher" can be used. While jaw crushers can crush most ores in the mining industry, cone crushers have unique advantages in handling extremely hard materials. , The effect of crushing high hardness materials is very good;

   b. For materials with lower hardness such as bluestone, marble, limestone, shale, etc., a combination of "jaw crusher and impact crusher" can be used. The impact crusher has a good crushing effect on materials that are not too hard, and the finished product is granular. very good;

   2. Determine the type and model of the crusher according to the user’s site and scale

   For different users, the size and scale of the site are also key factors in determining the solution. If the user's factory area is large enough, a suitable fixed crushing production line can be configured to make the crushing process clearer and more scientific. If the user's factory area is small or limited, a mobile crushing station can be used to relocate the factory according to the location of the factory to reduce material transportation costs. Improve the flexibility of factory operations.

   3. Determine the equipment model based on user budget cost

   When many users learn about the equipment, they will first ask about the price of the equipment. Relatively speaking, the price of a cone crusher is much higher than that of an impact crusher with the same production capacity, so the initial investment cost is very different. However, the cone crusher has fewer wearing parts and the operating cost is much lower.    4. Determine the equipment model according to the on-site environment

   When designing a crushing production line, the layout of the entire crushing production line needs to be considered based on the user's actual production site conditions.
