Working Principle

The mixed materials are conveyed to the top of the vibrating screen by the screen belt conveyor through the buffer silo. The eccentric blocks of the vibrating screen generate centrifugal force to excite the screen box to move in a circular motion with amplitude. After the materials fall into the vibrating screen mesh, the first-layer mesh will screen out large-sized materials, which are generally returned to the crushing equipment for secondary processing by the return material belt conveyor. The finished materials screened out by two or three layers of screens are respectively conveyed to the finished material pile by the belt conveyor or the belt conveyor under the screen through the distribution hopper.
