Working Principle

The working principle of the four-in-one tire mobile crushing station is based on modular design, integrating crushing, screening, and conveying to achieve on-site material processing. Its core working principles are as follows:

Crushing system

Using modular equipment such as jaw crushers and cone crushers, the is coarsely, medium, and finely crushed through physical crushing methods such as compression and splitting. Different combinations of crushers can achieve processing flows such as "crushing first, screening" or "screening first, then crushing."

Screening system
