Working Principle
When the PXJ crusher is working, the material enters the chamber successively from the feed port and falls on the high-speed rotating movable percussion hammer head. After the action between the hammer and the counter plate, the material gets preliminary crushing. After repeated hammering and counterattack with high frequency for many times, the material forms accumulation on the middle partition board, resulting in slide, falling on the dumping plate of the lower rotor with high speed rotation, and being thrown to the counterattack plate at high speed into collision, falling, and forced counterattack, crushing and grinding by the mobile plate hammer. After multiple composite crushing, scouring and grinding of the material, the ultra-fine effect is achieved, and then discharged through the discharge port.
