The basics need to be debugged
The frame of the hydraulic cone crusher is a casting structure, and the frame must be installed on the foundation. The foundation is divided into cement foundation and steel structure foundation. If the foundation is not suitable, the host will vibrate when it is turned on, so the design of the foundation is very important, especially the stability of the foundation of the steel structure.
Choosing the right lubricant
During the operation of the hydraulic cone crusher, lubrication is required, and the lubrication pipeline must be installed after the machine is installed. The installation of lubrication pipelines is mainly to ensure that the pipelines are connected correctly. For this reason, the oil inlet and oil return port should be confirmed, especially the installation of the oil return pipe, and its inclination should be ensured. As far as possible, the lubricating oil should be the lubricating oil recommended by the hydraulic cone crusher manufacturer.
Hydraulic system
The connections of each pipeline in the hydraulic system must be aligned, and the connecting pipelines must be cleaned before installation. The accumulator must be charged with nitrogen. When the pipelines are connected correctly, the system can be pressure charged.
Lubrication station, hydraulic station and main engine
The lubrication station has been matched and interlocked with the main engine during design. After the pipelines are connected, it is necessary to check whether each interlocking point is working properly. It should be noted here that when the temperature of the lubricating oil is too low, the use of the lubrication station will cause failure due to excessive pressure. Damage the system and cause the hydraulic pump to become clogged. When the lubrication station is started, check whether there are leaks in the pipeline, whether the return oil is returned to the oil tank, whether there are copper chips on the oil return filter, check the pressure drop of the filter, the filter should be clean, and the oil temperature should be within the operating temperature range. The pressure drop is 0.2~0.4MPa.
