Wet ball mill is the key equipment for crushing materials after they are crushed. It is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control) and other main parts. Its structure has been improved so that the body and chassis are integrated and can be placed on the foundation plane at once during installation. The following is the installation method of wet ball mill:
1. The wet ball mill should be installed on a solid concrete foundation. After the compressive strength of the concrete foundation reaches more than 75%, equipment can be installed on it. One thing to note is that the quality of the foundation should be inspected before installation.
2. The axis of the main machine should be horizontal, measured at the top of the large flanges of the hollow shaft at both ends, and the height should be consistent; if there is an error, the inlet end is allowed to be 1mm higher than the discharge end.
3. Use large lifting equipment to lift the cylinder of the wet ball mill to the installation position. After the cylinder is in place, the main shaft level should be checked. The journal level should be measured with a frame level. The measuring surface is the journal surface. The allowable deviation of the shaft level is 0.1%.
4. When installing the bearing upper cover, install sealing felt. The felt should be cut straight, and the interface should be stepped. The felt should be in even contact with the shaft, and the tightness should be kept appropriate. Then tighten the flange bolts and felt ring bolts, and the radial gap between the ring and the shaft should be kept even.
5. After visiting Zhengzhou Global Heavy Industry, we learned that after the main machine is adjusted to a level, the transmission part can be installed. However, it is necessary to check the quality of the transmission assembly before installation. Installation can only be carried out after the quality is qualified.
6. The installation of the transmission part should be based on the main gear of the main engine, and then adjust the transmission part. Make the tooth width of the small gear more uniform than the tooth surface of the large gear; the tooth surfaces of the small gear and the tooth surfaces of the large gear should be equal. After completing these tasks, the gear clearance still needs to be adjusted.
7. After the installation is completed, a comprehensive inspection of the wet ball mill is required. If there are no problems, the test run can be carried out.
