The transmission mode is edge transmission, that is, the small gear on the transmission shaft meshes with the large gear fixed at the end of the cylinder to drive the mill to rotate. . Since the rotating part of the mill has directional parts such as lifting plates, step linings, and inlet and outlet spiral barrels, it must be ensured that the force exerted by the small gear on the large gear is always upward during installation.

4. The main bearing adopts sliding bearing. The mill is supported on two main bearings through a hollow shaft, and all the weight of the rotating part is borne by the main bearings. The main bearing consists of a main bearing bush, a bearing seat, a bearing cover and a lubrication and cooling system. The main bearing bush is the most important part of the main bearing. The bottom surface of the bearing bush is spherical and is installed on the concave spherical surface of the bearing seat. The tile surface is made of Babbitt alloy. , so the bearing has the advantages of compliance, good embedding, easy running with the journal, and strong anti-gluing ability. Sliding bearings have good strength, plasticity, polymerization, friction reduction, wear resistance, lubrication and heat transfer properties, and are simple and convenient to replace. They can meet the good lubrication requirements of the main bearing and adapt to the low-speed and heavy-load work of the ball mill. environment.

5. The rotating part is composed of a cylinder and grinding head made of high-quality carbon steel plates coiled and welded. The cylinder is the main body of the mill and one of the main working parts of the mill. The material is impacted and ground by the grinding body in the cylinder and ground into fine powder. At present, the company's cylinder is rolled from high-quality carbon steel plates. Since its material has good machinability, weldability, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, it meets the requirements of high cylinder strength and good plasticity. , with certain impact resistance requirements, it is the best choice for current cylinder manufacturing. The grinding head is mainly composed of an end cover and a hollow shaft. It is one of the main parts of the mill and bears the dynamic load of the entire mill. Our company divides the end cover and the hollow shaft into two parts and assembles them together. The end cover is made of high-quality carbon steel, and the hollow shaft is cast and formed. They are processed separately and assembled together with bolts. The end cover is machined from a whole piece of thick steel plate, so the quality can be guaranteed and there will be no casting defects in the casting, ensuring safety and reliability in long-term use.

6. The discharging device consists of a discharging spiral cylinder, a screen and a discharging cover.
