Process
The fly ash is transported by the feeder into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. At the same time of feeding, the vibrating feeder screens out the dopant foreign matter in the material in advance to avoid damaging the internal structure of the crushing chamber. The material in the jaw crusher is crushed into small pieces under the extrusion of the two jaw plates, and the qualified part of the vibrating screen is sent to the impact crusher for secondary crushing. The impact crusher adopts laminating crushing, which is very suitable for the brittle material of fly ash and the hardness is not very large. The qualified part is also the finished material through the vibrating screen. The unqualified part is sent to the crusher for re-crushing until the particle size is qualified.
