Description
Quicklime, also called marble, is a desiccant commonly used in life to remove water vapor by chemical absorption method, and is also widely used in the dehydration of steel, pesticides, medicine and other industries.
Process
I. Process overview
1. Process: The loader loads the qualified raw fuel into the stone bin and coal bin respectively, the stone and fuel are accurately weighed by the automatic dosing system, the mixed material is transported to the top of the kiln by the lifting truck or the lifting machine, the screening is completed by the rotary distributor, the distribution of the material in the kiln, the stone slowly moves down by its own weight, and successively passes through the pre-heat belt, the forging belt and the cooling belt. The discharge is then completed by a vibrating exit aircraft (tray exit aircraft or disc exit aircraft). Temperature control is generally: kiln top temperature 100 ~ 200℃, calcination zone temperature 1050 ~ 1100℃, finished lime temperature 40 ~ 60℃.
2, raw material quality requirements
Limestone: particle size 40 ~ 80mm, CaO>52%, sediment content ≤0.5%.
Anthracite block, briquette: particle size of 15 ~ 30mm; Fixed carbon >75%, volatile content < 6%, sulfur content < 1%, low calorific value >6000 kcal.
3. Technical indicators
Finished calcium oxide ≥85%, activity ≥300 ml, raw burning rate of 8%, coal consumption of 125 kg/ton lime.

According to user requirements, 80~300 tons per day, annual production capacity of 30,000 ~ 100,000 tons
Advantage

2, lifting machine material, uniform feeding, rotating fabric
Raw limestone and fuel coal are proportioning and fully mixed with belt scales under the kiln, and are lifted to the top of the kiln by means of lifting machine materials. The mixing materials are further homogenized by three turns and impacts of the rotating distributor, and the rotating distributor is distributed 360 degrees, so that the material level in the kiln is uniform, which plays a key role in the stability of the forging and firing. If the terrain conditions permit, the belt conveyor material can also be used with the help of the mountain or high mountain, which can save investment.
