Description

North Korea Hwanghainam Road mechanical shaft kiln cement production line is a project done by Global Heavy Industry in 2011, with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons, which is a small and medium-sized dry process cement production case, and the entire production from process design, cement equipment production, cement machinery and equipment installation to achieve a turnkey project. The preheating process of the new mechanical shaft kiln is reasonable, the heat loss is less, and the discharge temperature can be controlled within the ambient temperature of +60℃, so the thermal principle is reasonable. The deficiency of the traditional shaft kiln is the problem of poor combustion conditions.

Process
