Production situation: The production site ores are imported, grade above 65, raw material size about 150mm, finished product requirements below 15mm.

Process

After blasting, in the process of iron ore mining, excavators and loaders transport large blocks of iron ore raw ore to the iron ore crushing production line. The bulk iron ore is uniformly sent to the jaw crusher or the mobile jaw crushing station (primary breaking) through the silo by the vibrating feeder. Then the coarse crushed iron ore is sifted through the vibrating screen and sent to the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for fine crushing by the belt conveyor. The pulverized raw ore is sifted by a vibrating screen.
