Process
In the stone production line, the bulk stone is uniformly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder through the bin for coarse crushing, and the coarse crushed stone is sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing. The fine crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor for screening, screening out three different sizes of stones, stones, super large stones back into the impact crusher, once again broken. The stones that meet the grain size requirements are sent to the finished material pile by the finished belt conveyor; The stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for re-crushing, forming a closed loop multiple cycles. The finished particle size can be combined and graded according to the needs of users, and auxiliary dust removal equipment can be equipped to protect the environment.
