Description

The crawler-type inclined screening machine is a mobile screening equipment that adopts crawler drive and can hydraulically adjust the inclination angle of the screen. It is specially designed for scenarios such as mining, construction waste recycling, and sand and stone aggregate processing. Its core advantages include modular structure, intelligent control, and efficient screening capability supporting rapid site transfer and multi-level material separation.

Working Principle

1. Drive system

- Equipped with on-board diesel engine or electric drive (such as Caterpillar diesel engine or full hydraulic drive, providing stable power for the vibrating screen and conveyor belt.

2. Screening process

- Materials enter the inclined screening box through a large capacity hopper ( as 8m³), and the angle of the screening box can be hydraulically adjusted (usually 13°-20°).

- The exc generates centrifugal force through eccentric blocks, driving the screening box to do circular motion, and the materials are stratified and sieved through the throwing motion on the screen surface.

- The screen mesh adopts a multi-layer design (such as three-layer 6.1×1.5m screen mesh), supporting various types such as bar screen perforated plate.

3. Grading output

- After sieving, the materials are classified and stacked through multi-level conveyor belts (such as coarse//fine material conveyor belts), and large particles can be returned to the crushing link through the return belt.

4. Mobility and adjustment

- The crawler supports quick site transfer, and the sieving parameters (amplitude, vibration intensity) can be adjusted in real-time to adapt to different materials, with some models supporting remote control.
