Description

Diesel small jaw crusher is a small crushing equipment with diesel engines as the source of power. Working Principle

The working method of the jaw crusher is of the reciprocating squeeze type. The motor drives the belt and pulley, and makes the movable move up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thus pushing the movable jaw to approach the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed or split, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the movable jaw moves down, angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and the spring. At time, the crushed material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw of the crushing machine makes a periodic movement crush and discharge the material, so as to achieve batch production.
