Description

Disk granulator is a new type of inclined disk granulation equipment: the granulation rate can reach more than 95%. The reducer and motor are driven by flexible belt, which can start smoothly, slow down the impact force and improve the service life of the equipment. The bottom of the granulation plate is strengthened by a number of radiation steel plates, which is sturdy and durable, and does not deformation, thickening, aggravating, and solid base design. It does not require anchor bolts to fix and runs smoothly. The main gear of pelletizer adopts high frequency quenching to double its service life. The pelletizing tray is durable after anti-corrosion treatment. The machine has the advantages of uniform granulation, high ball forming rate, stable operation and strong and durable equipment. Huaqiang disc granulator has the advantages of long service life and is well received by users.

Disk granulator machine can be divided into five parts:

1. Frame part: Because the transmission part of the whole body and the rotating working part are supported by the frame, the force is large, so the machine frame part is welded with excellent carbon channel steel, and has passed the strict quality certification and specific technical requirements, has achieved the purpose of the machine used.

2. Adjustment part: The core of the whole machine is the granulation disc, and the entire center of the granulation disc is on the installation and adjustment part. Our company specially uses excellent carbon steel plate and channel steel welding, and passed the strict quality certification, have reached the requirements of the machine used.

3. Transmission part: The transmission part of the whole machine is important, and the overall work is done in this way. The motor and reducer on the installation and transmission control frame are all ISO/9001 quality system certified products with reliable quality. The motor drives the belt pulley and the triangle belt. The reducer and pinion gear, by the pinion drive granulation disk on the large gear to make the granulation disk work. In addition, the size of the gear adopts high frequency quenching, the service life is twice the original, the whole granulation disc is fixed on the drive shaft on the adjustment disc, the stigma connection part adopts taper matching, the design is more reasonable.

4. Granulation plate part: the machine granulation plate Angle adopts the overall circular arc design, the granulation rate can reach more than 92%, and the bottom of the granulation plate is also strengthened by a number of radiation steel plates, which is strong and durable and does not deformation.

5. Automatic cleaning part: this part is installed on the top of the granulating plate, into the lower frame type, equipped with automatic cleaning plate, in order to clean up the material stuck on the plate wall during the production process, greatly improve the service life of the machine, but also save labor.

Working Principle

The raw material powder is evenly moistened by atomized water in the two-axis mixer to form a sphere-core with very uniform particle size, and then sent into the sphere-forming dish for sphere-forming. The moisture of the ball should be controlled at 12 ~ 14%. Most of the water should be added in the two-axis mixer, and only a small amount of supplementary water should be added to the ball tray, and the amount of supplementary water should be controlled at about 0 to 3%. Dry powder granulation is directly added to the ball tray, and spray appropriate amount of water, raw material ball core into the ball tray after the disk by centrifugal force, friction and gravity action, along the parabola movement. Due to the cohesiveness and plasticity of the material, the spherical nucleus is bonded to each other and grows gradually during movement.

When the parameters of the tilt Angle, the height of the edge, the speed and the moisture of the ball are fixed, the material balls of different particle sizes will roll downward from the edge of the disk due to different gravity angles. In the continuous rolling process, the water in the ball is constantly pushed out of the surface. Due to the cohesiveness of the material and the natural volatilization of the liquid film on the surface, the material ball has a certain strength, and then it is discharged from the side of the disk with the rotation of the inclined disk.
