Pot pelletizer is mainly composed of cylinder, dust cover, base frame, motor, reducer, bridge device and other components, the use of motor to drive the reducer using flexible transmission principle, reducer and motor using direct connection, stable starting, high transfer efficiency. The base frame of the granulation plate is welded with profiles and steel plates, which is durable and does not deform. Working Principle

The working principle of the pelletizer is that the transmission device drives the cylinder to rotate through the bridge device, and the axis of the cylinder and the horizontal plane are at a specific Angle; When the powder is added into the cylinder through the feed port, water is sprayed into the cylinder. The wet powder gradually forms a spherical core while rolling, and the spherical core with a wet surface gradually grows into pellets under continuous rolling, friction and collision. When the particle size meets the requirements, it is unloaded through the unloading door.
