Description

There are two types of shaft kilns used in our country: ordinary shaft kilns and mechanical shaft kilns.

Ordinary shaft kiln is manual feeding and manual unloading or mechanical feeding, manual unloading; Mechanical shaft kiln is mechanical feeding and mechanical unloading. Mechanical shaft kiln is continuously operated, and its production, quality and labor productivity are higher than ordinary shaft kiln. According to the requirements of building materials technology policy, small cement plants apply mechanized shaft kilns to gradually replace ordinary shaft kilns.

Performance Advantages

  • 1, energy saving; Inside the shaft kiln are the pre-tropical zone, calcination zone and cooling zone from top to bottom. The cooling air is pumped into the kiln from the bottom of the cooling belt. After heat exchange, the product is cooled, the cooling air is preheated, and the cooling air carrying heat enters the calcination belt to participate in combustion, thus reducing energy consumption; The remaining hot flue gas after the combustion of the fuel releases heat to calcined materials enters the preheat zone, and the materials at normal temperature are preheated to the predecomposition temperature. After the flue gas temperature drops to 170 ~ 300℃, the kiln will be discharged.
  • 2, the kiln skin using four layers of refractory vertical masonry, insulation effect is good, the kiln skin temperature can be controlled at about 60℃ higher than the ambient temperature, energy saving is significant.
  • 3, the refractory has a long service life, and the material does not directly collide with the working surface refractory, but relies on gravity settlement and friction with the working surface; This greatly reduces the wear rate of refractory materials; Under normal circumstances, refractories can be used for 6 to 10 years.
  • 4, shaft kiln sealing performance is good; The concentration of CO2 in the flue gas can reach more than 35%, and the recovery cost of CO2 is low, which is more suitable for the nano calcium carbonate industry.

Wide adaptability of fuel; The mixed kiln can use block coal, coke, petroleum coke and other block fuels; Gas kiln can use natural gas, coke oven gas, petroleum gas and other high calorific value fuels, but also can use converter gas, blast furnace gas, calcium carbide furnace tail gas, blue coal gas, producer gas and other low calorific value fuels. Oil kiln can use heavy oil, diesel and other liquid fuels.
  • 6. Small footprint; Due to the vertical layout of shaft kiln and the large Angle layout of single bucket elevator, the compact layout of each function area greatly reduces the floor area;

Working Principle

The vertical mill drives the reducer through the motor and then drives the grinding disc to rotate, the material falls in the center of the grinding disc through the air lock feeder, and the hot air enters the mill through the air intake. With the rotation of the mill disk, the material moves to the edge of the mill disk under the action of centrifugal force, and is crushed by the grinding roller when it passes through the ring groove on the mill disk. The crushed material is carried by the high-speed air flow of the wind ring on the edge of the mill disk, and the large particles fall directly onto the mill disk for re-grinding. When the material in the air flow passes through the upper separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the material is crushed. The coarse powder falls from the cone to the mill plate for re-grinding, and the qualified fine powder comes out of the mill with the air flow and is collected by the dust collection device, which is the product. The material containing moisture is dried in the contact process with the hot air flow. By adjusting the hot air temperature, the material with different humidity can meet the requirements and achieve the required product moisture. By adjusting the separator, the required thickness of different products can be achieved.
