Description
The vertical cyclone preheater system mainly consists of six parts
1, the upper feeding system: mainly includes the upper silo, the feeding pipe, the feeding method and structure can ensure that when feeding to the preheater body to achieve safe sealing, so that the cold air from the outside can not enter the preheater, and the feeding can be achieved with the help of the bar valve continuous or intermittent feeding.
2, preheater body: it is an important part of ensuring that the material is preheated to about 900 degrees Celsius, it is composed of preheating chamber, suspension device and firebrick lining (which does not belong to the equipment design and manufacturing scope) and other parts. Most of the structure of this part is metal components, some materials according to the need to choose heat-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel can work at a high temperature of 1000~1100 degrees Celsius. In addition, the lining structure of refractory brick has novel design and good sealing, which can ensure that the material is evenly preheated in the preheater and reaches the preheating temperature.
3, the push device: mainly includes the push head, frame and connecting rod and other parts, the push head is made of heat-resistant steel casting or welding, can withstand high temperature, with the help of electronic control and hydraulic system, each hydraulic push rod can be realized according to the automatic control program.
4, hydraulic system: mainly including fuel tank, oil pump, motor, solenoid valve, hydraulic tubing, etc., his main role is to control the push device to complete the push action.
5, the lower feeding chamber: mainly includes the chute, the main body of the feeding chamber, the feeding nozzle, etc. Its main function is to import the preheated material into the rotary kiln for calcination.
6, frame: it mainly includes columns, ring beams, etc., the main role is to carry the upper structure of the preheater.
