Working Principle

When working, the broken material is dropped between two rollers through the feed port for extrusion crushing, and the finished product is removed from the bottom discharge port. The roller crusher is equipped with a wedge or gasket adjustment device between the two rollers, and the top of the wedge device has an adjustment bolt. When the adjustment bolt block is pulled up, the wedge block will push the active roller wheel away from the fixed wheel, and the gap between the two roller wheels becomes larger. When the wedge block is down, the active roller wheel becomes smaller under the action of the compression spring, and the discharge particle size becomes smaller. The gasket device adjusts the size of the discharge particle by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness. When the gasket is increased, the gap between the two rollers becomes larger, and when the gap is reduced, the gap becomes smaller.
