The most serious thing is that when a certain concentration of dust particles reaches a certain concentration, it will cause an explosion. So what measures should be taken to control crusher dust?
Crusher dust treatment measures
(1) Production process transformation is the fundamental measure for dust prevention and control. Using wet production instead of dry production can greatly reduce the generation of dust.
(2) According to the specific production process, use local ventilation or comprehensive ventilation technology to improve the air environment in the workshop so that the dust concentration in the workshop air is lower than the hygienic standard.
(3) The dust recovered by the dust collection system should be processed in a timely and effective manner to avoid unorganized dust emission and secondary dust emission.
(4) During the design process of the coal preparation plant, try to surround it with landscape green belts to reduce the outward spread of dust.
(5) Dust control can be carried out at the coal storage site, and an automatic unloader can be used to replace the original grab. At the same time, a water spray device can be installed in the coal storage site to keep the site moist and prevent the release of dust on the site. Special windproof walls (wind-proof facilities) can also be set up around the stockyard to reduce the possibility of dust being carried by the wind in the stockyard.
