Under the action of the high-speed airflow from the external fan entering the powder selection chamber through the air outlet, the coarse particles in the material are affected by the inertial centrifugal force. And throw it towards the wall of the powder selection chamber. After the collision, it loses kinetic energy and slides along the wall and falls on the coarse powder collection cone. The remaining particles are blown up and curled by the wind. When passing through the fan blade operating area, some of the coarse powder particles are thrown to the wall of the powder selection chamber. The fine powder enters the interior of the cage rotor through the cage rotor, enters the low-resistance cyclone separator with the circulating air, and then slides into the fine powder collection cone to become the finished product.
