Cone crusher is one of our common crushing equipment. In the daily maintenance and upkeep of mechanical equipment, lubrication is most often emphasized. Lubrication is like the "blood" of equipment. Good lubrication is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of equipment. However, during operation, we may find oil leakage from the crushing equipment. So what are the reasons for these phenomena? Only by understanding these causes can we repair oil leaks and take preventive measures in this regard. So what are the common causes of oil leakage in cone crushers? How to prevent oil leakage in cone crusher? Next, Zhengzhou Global Heavy Industry will analyze it for you.

Causes of oil leakage in cone crusher in daily production
A. Seal device failure
During production, attention should be paid to checking the O-ring seals between the transmission shaft frame and the main frame, the nylon seals between the oil collector and the oil slinger, and the O-ring seals between the oil collector and the oil slinger. Wear and tear. Oil slinger and drive shaft. Because after long-term use, these parts will wear and deform, lose the elasticity required for effective sealing, and the sealing device will fail, resulting in oil leakage from the equipment.
B. The oil return pipe is blocked
Oil leaks can also be caused by the oil not draining out of the equipment quickly, especially when the oil temperature is low. Therefore, during production, attention should be paid to checking whether there is dirt accumulation in the main drain hose or pipeline, and checking the bottom surface of the drive shaft. Check whether there is any dirt in the long hole of the drive shaft frame. Otherwise, the accumulation of dirt will hinder the flow of oil, causing the cone crusher to leak.
C. The oil return hole of the bowl-shaped tile is too small
If the oil return hole of the bowl-shaped tile of the cone crusher is too small, the lubricating oil will leak out and the amount of oil return will be small, which cannot ensure good lubrication of the large and small bevel gears. In this case, it is necessary to appropriately increase the oil return hole of the bowl-shaped tile to ensure the amount of oil return and fundamentally solve the problems of oil leakage and poor bevel lubrication of the cone crusher bowl-shaped tile. gear.
D. Improper work pressure
The lubricating oil enters the lower part of the spindle from the oil inlet pipe and rubs against the lubricated friction plate. If the working pressure of the cone crusher lubrication system is improper, the oil will spray out from the shaft gap, causing the lubricating oil to leak downward along the outer circle of the sealing cylinder.
E. Unreasonable clearance between components
If the gap between the inner wall of the main base oil pool and the counterweight oil retaining ring plate is too small, the lubricating oil thrown out between them will easily form an oil seal during the operation of the cone crusher. under the influence of tension. Driven by air pressure, the oil seal will continuously overflow from the dust ring along the inner wall of the main chassis.
