2. The temperature of the cement vertical mill bearing is too high
Treatment method: Possible reasons are: first, the oil supply is abnormal, too much or too little oil; second, the lubricating oil quality is unqualified, the treatment method is to replace the lubricating oil with qualified quality; third, the cooling water is abnormal, replace it .
All the above are normal. The shaft and tiles may be damaged. The grinding should be stopped to check if the oil pump of the vertical mill has tripped or stopped running.
Treatment method: Based on past experience, there are generally two reasons for oil pump tripping and outage. One is that the oil pressure is too high or too low, and the other is that the vertical mill feeding group is out of service. Then based on these two clues, the oil pump and Pipelines are inspected.
3. The cement vertical mill powder separator shuts down or the speed is out of control.
Treatment method: When the powder separator fails, it must return to normal within 10 seconds, otherwise it needs to be shut down. After the powder separator shuts down and fails, first set the feeding amount to 0, stop feeding, and then check the powder separator and deal with it. If it cannot be restored within 10 seconds, you need to stop grinding in sequence.
4. Insufficient feeding of cement vertical mill
Treatment method: There are three reasons for insufficient feeding: first, the power of the bucket elevator is too low to lift the material; second, the negative pressure at the outlet of the cement mill becomes smaller and the negative pressure at the inlet increases; third, the current of the vertical mill is unstable, It gets bigger first and then decreases. The simple solution is to increase the feeding amount of the vertical mill until all parameters are normal.
5. The grinding chamber of cement vertical mill is blocked.
Treatment method: First, reduce or stop feeding until the blockage in the grinding chamber is completely removed. You can also observe and gradually increase the ventilation volume of the vertical mill to promote discharge. If the above measures cannot solve the problem, you need to stop the grinding for inspection.
